As such, the pocket dimension has a fairly neutral climate - unsurprising, when one recalls that it historically functioned as a test site for all manner of creative experimentation. That's what Rare Frondleys do - when the summer months arrive and all anyone wants to do is doze in the shade of a swaying palm tree - you must become the palm tree! It's believed that this whole charade started out as an aspirational Costume - but over time, these Rare Magicals began to come by it naturally. Best of all, it means that for the Monsters of Magical Sanctum, that it can feel like summer all year long!
