3: [Active] Whoever studies Monsters should see to it that in the process they do not become a Monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you… but the Centri-Fugue proves that it isn't always a bad thing! The origin of this mysterious, mirror-like Structure is unknown - we may never know if it came into being at the same time as the Paironormal Carnival, or if its existence actually predates the island's formation. Equally enigmatic are the purplish spectral hands that seem to be manipulating its movements. What we do know is that this is the mechanism that Paironormals can use to fill out with their opposite form on the other side of the Carnival, to form a 'Pair'. This is true of both Major Paironormals lacking their Minor form, and vice versa. As a Paironormal stares deeply into the reflection, it tumbles headlong into the world of the Centri-Fugue and gets spun around using 'Centri-fugual force.' The act of Fuguing is not always successful, but there is a consolation prize for having entered this 'Fugue state' - the Monster gets fed with some Treats! Who knew that this event was catered?!
